OK, Rural Survival helps, albeit at -5 (12); you can augment with Scan For
Danger, although also at -5 (12), which gives a +2 so a total of 14 (roll
8) versus 18 (roll 8). I'm ruling that will be a tie for Azhur unless he
spends hero points.
