"You speak well, messenger", the Wizard rasps. "Perhaps you have carried
many messages before to dangerous places. I will admit that in the past
some messengers have joined my forces, although perhaps not entirely of
their own volition. Nevertheless, you have pleased me already with your
recognition of my civilised home. Please, be seated."
The wizard waves his hand and from the dark corners of the hall several
chairs and tables walk to where the the rump Fellowship is located. They
are dilapidated, but still comfortable and cushioned. Cups a bottle of
rice-wine and and a plate fruits and sweet-meats float through the air to
the table. Finally, a scroll and writing instrument.
The Wizard looks at the awed party. "Please, be seated..", he repeats.
"Then I will hear you story".
