Yes, the Seeker is affected; anything that has a respiratory system is
affected. :)

Although I will let you use Crested Dragonewt at -5 due the famous
breathholding abilities of said creatures, but with the +5 bonus of
following Rikku's action.

you want to spend Hero Points?]

The Crested Dragonewt is now a Masked Dragonewt and the party looks like a
squad from the Zapatista army :)
