In an unusual sarcastic trait, Azhur agrees with Rikku's demand:
- "It will be as usual, Rikku... when Godlearners have finish their actions, somebody should stand-up, lead the survivors and clean the mess... I hope this sad event will give you a glimpse about the virtues of humility..."

The western nobleman has a long but sad look on the disturbed magician, feeling more pity than anger in his heart for the tortured soul obsessed by revenge lust and megalomania, he then turns on the General.
- "Your Excellence, would you have any advice on the best way to meet the Magician? If we know your double on the mundane plane, we never met the Magician's double, so could you tell us more about this pretender to the leadership of Puppetland? I don't expect you to tell us much on the qualities he is relying for his claims, but any tactical advice might be useful..."
