I'm not going to force anyone into this, not even the banner itself.

The idea is to put the banner on this specific part of the Hero Plane (assuming
it is the Hero Plane, which can still be better discussed and determined), to
influence the Hero Plan globally with the banner's powers. Thus improving the
situation there for its denizens, but taking the bet that if some action is
launched on the Hero Plane, more or less consequences will appear on the mundane
world (and hopping for good consequences).
Theoretically it seems to me that It could be a total sacrifice with no gain for
the mundane world and the fellowship, but it can also be a major change for the
mundane world and the party with a permanent feedback from the Hero Plane.

Azhur is inquiring on two questions :
1. Is it feasible? (Are we able to repair the fabric? Is the banner ok with the
idea ?... etc)
(if the answer is "no" then the second question doesn't have to be solved)

2. Would it be really useful or is it a false good idea? (What would be the
result for Puppetland? what would be the feedback for the mundane world? What
would be the result for the Fellowship? A sacrifice or an investment?)

For the moment Azhur is just asking for competences and advices. We have a
Rubblerunner-man sorcerer, a Godlearner, all kind of various present magicians
and a denizen from puppet-land, he assesses that with such team he has a fair
chance to get a meaningful answer. More than that, the fellowship has a
communicating magical fabric... what better expert in broken magical fabric
could they have?

Depending on the banner's answer, like "I don't know" or "I see that you are a
just a poor stupid limited human thinking that my powers will have any effect in
your plan" or "Great! It is an unique chance to expand my influence over the
whole Universe and thus fulfilling my destiny..." and the capacity of the group
to succeed the plan, Azhur will propose to go on or not.

You'll have to make a pretty good case to the banner if you want to try
this. Tell me the content of your argument...

And remember, it's the *party* guardian, so others might have something
to say about this..

That is ... interesting. Assuming the people of Puppetland learn the
western language they would quite literally see messages and prophecies
in the sky :)
