No, the *dwarf* thinks Seeker is dying. According to all the vital signs
that the Dwarf is studying that's what he thinks.

The Court of the True Dragon is where the August Dragon has a court. It
is on Tung Shui, the northernmost city of the Hum Chang Island, where
there are three dragonewt cities, including where your clutch is. The
August Dragon has judged four times since the Dawn Age.
