[OOC2: Indeed, Rikku uses 4HP on picking up the language. What does that
give me? ]

Rikku enters the tent and approaches the Emperor. Rikku stutters in just
recognisable dialect. [OOC: This is how the Emperor would understand his
butchered linguistics].

"Dear Emperor person. I have a dire problem. Have you by chance heard of
someone named Kurix?"

Rikku waits for that to sink in. To see if the mere mention of that name
causes terror.

"Kurix is brother of me. Much pain has he inflicted upon my person. I doubt
you will have not heard of him. He terrors the Kingdom of Ignorance.
Villages lay in waste. I need to confront him. I need to mutilate him.
Myself. But he travels with much mighty group. I need help to butcher his
protectors, so I can destroy him one to one. I need an army. What will it
take for you to assist? I heard he has caused problems for you in past.
Problems that still terror your dreams. Surely you will help. Revenge is
motive enough?"

All this talk of his brother makes Rikku clench his damaged hand in pain and
anger. Blood pours from his hand as his fingernails dig into his severely
mottled skin....
