The Dragonewt translates for the new Emperor, Archexarch Seven Dragon
and Wisdom, leaving out some of the more destructive remarks, and also
says that he approves of this meeting. 

"My persssonal ssservant may havve sssomething ssspecial to offfer
you... A pressent, perhapsss? He will be on hiss bessst behaviour, I can
asssure you.."

With a slight shake of his head, the Emperor walks into his tent and
barks a command, causing two courteseans and an elderly scribe to scurry
outside... His elite guards then beckon the Godlearner to enter..

(Ummm... Rikku.. how are you going to engage in conversation? Unless of
course you spend some Hero Points to reflect the idea that you've picked
up a bit of the language)
