Guillaume responds to this part of the letter during your journey. "I
had not considered this possibility, but I imagine that if we are
successful, it could be done, albeit with great difficulty. It is
assumed that we dispose of the immediate guards, the leaders and then
let Lei Tse's forces in. If we try to hold the Fort without Lei Tse's
forces it would be very difficult - why there must be fifteen score
soldiers in the fort, at least."

"There are members of Yao Fune, but their role can only be auxiliary at
best. By conviction they are not fighters. However, if we can find a way
to put them to use... It would be dangerous of course; whether it is the
forces of the Iron Fort we sabotage or that of Lei Tse, either way if we
