Res Publica coos to the dove which lands upon his wrist and starts
pecking at the salt in his hand. The Moonie places a message in its
leg-band then, with a blaze, the dove takes off..

Heheh. Point.

OK, the HP cost is 3 to join the specialised religion. That will come
with White Moon Magics at 13. If you want to give up your existing cult
and specialise in this one each +1 is 1 HPs, otherwise it is 2.
