Within the giant's grasp, Rikku's pleas do not go unnoticed. The giant
bring him even closer.. "What? You'd be prepared to betray your own
brother? You want to kill him?"

At this range the Seeker notices that there is a normal, human-sized
grain flail attached to the giant's belt....


OOC: Rikku's pleas are from a default 6, but augmented by Hates Brother
20 (+4) for a total of 10. Further they are augmented by Kui Hui's
desire to protect the people Laonan Tao (+4), making this an unusual
situation where the opponent's personality supports the actor - so a
total of 14 against a resistance of 14. Roll 12 versus 20, which is a
success for Rikku...
