Well, you'll be pleased to know that Aalmon has rolled a '2'. 'Dashing'
was surely an attribute of physical appearance (nice try), rather than
capacity of speed, as it has already been used such in the notorious
Scene 62. :)

So rather than 'Dashing' (which means at least you can look good whilst
getting covered in debris), it may have to be a base 6, "Run Away"
ability. Nevertheless it is a success versus the collapsing roof's
success, but your roll is lower meaning no damage at all. Aalmon
scampers out of the cavern, his face and clothes covered in dust, but
having only taken a couple of superficial scratches.

For her part, Icthya fails her roll and thus spends a HP to boost it to
a success. Nevertheless, that is still a loss on her part as the
collapsing roof succeeded by a far greater amount; Icthya takes a Hurt
from the falling rocks.

A physical 'Hurt' means that you're at -3 to all physical activities
until cured or healed.

At the cave entrance Mrs. Flint stands waiting, leaning on her stick.
"You'll need this", she says to you both, handing over a leather pouch.
"If yer goin' climbing up the Blue Moon Plateau, you'll die without your
essential salts!", she says cackling. "Now scoot! It'll be days before
the cave spirit will want to talk again!"
