[HQ Ignorance] Group contests in HeroQuest 2

Hi people,
        
There's some simple rules in HQ2 on how to manage group contests which
we can adopt.
        
Basically each individual rolls as per a normal simple contest. The
number of successes and failure are tallied, leading to a result one way
or another.
        
The interesting part is the expenditure of Hero Points to bump a result
as we recently encountered this:
        
".. players are permitted, at the beginning of a group simple contest,
to spend one or more hero points to purchase a boost. A boost assures a
clearer victory, should they prevail. The cost of this varies by the
number of PCs participating: 1 hero point for 1-3 PCs; 2 hero points for
4-6 PCs, or 3 hero points for 7-9 PCs."
        
This means that it costs more to bump a result in a group contest if
there is more than 3 PCs involved.
