Azhur posted himself one step behind Jareena, trying by his armed presence to give more weight to the priestess's words.

On that last world, he gave a sign to Othor and Aarolin who posted themselves as watchful guards between the barbarians and the boat.

Nice move Jareena.. 

The leader of the camel riders looks at the party with some disdain, and
mutters something to an underling, who then dismounts and starts going
through the party's belongings. 

[Roll 2 vs ability 15+3, success vs roll 9 vs ability 13. Marginal
victory to Jareena. They're not killing you on the spot]
