OOC: Does Oraya have those fabulous brick-build imperial roads with 
messenger-posts every few miles offering changes of horse or is it still 
a bit more basic? Having travelled pretty much into the middle of the 
province I'm guessing Aalmon would have noticed the state of the roads.
