Whoa, not so fast. Rotterex isn't carrying the axe, remember.. Something
this heroic will probably have to carried out in a number of stages.
Firstly, you have to get the Runner to the Bat. Now this is primarily a
conflict between the Wind Children who are carrying the Runner vs The
Bat; flight vs the bat's tongues in the first instance. How you augment
the Wind Children in this first stage is up to you.
The second stage will be Runner trying to get into the nose of the Bat
(or ear, or any similar orifice). That'll be the Runner's hide/run
abilities vs the ability of those on the Runner's back to find the
little armour-plated lizard.
The third stage will be Rotterex planting the bomb and getting out of
there before it goes "boom!"
Now if that disables the Bat *then* you can apply Talor's Axe.
