travelling the same way so all we intended was to trade traveller's 
tales. We have ridden hard from the South and have recent news from 
Dragon's Pass, or perhaps you are interested in news of the far West 
where great events took place that we witnessed with our own eyes. Still 
it might be good to play a game while we exchange news."

He takes out his own - crystal - chess set and offers to set up the 
pieces "I would not want to interrupt your game with your master."
