Exactly, It just change the extreme scores of 1 and 20, but it changes them quite significantly. That's why I made the remark.

It should indeed be 20W rather than 0W2.
However, 7 on 20W is a success bumped to a crit, so it is effectively
the same as a fail bumped twice to a crit.
