I think the Aldryami need to pull the enemy northwards to the area
which is to be flooded. That would be a matter of skirmishing, perhaps
falling back a little faster than they should (i.e. feigning a rout).

If Aalmon is a courier, I think he really ought to be looping out east
to talk to those mercenaries. If there is gold for him to offer of
course.

The flooding would hold them up (especially with that calming spirit,
possible some mystical elven singing too) and hopefully do something
about many of the undead. Elves in the trees above the water firing at
the enemy...

The Seshnelans - well maybe they can be there to persuade the enmy
that this is where it is at, prior to the Telmori arriving.

The rest of it I don't really understand :)
