Free from the debates on the surface, Kalen and the
bazak Rotterex explore the lower passages of Gilboch
Castle. Not that there's too much to see. Unlike
Segurane City, Gilboch is quite tiny. Nevertheless
Kalen can appreciate the age and quality of the
stonemasons who worked the Castle, which must number
in the several hundreds of years.

When it is clear that nobody else is in earshot, the
bazak clears his throat.

"Ahh, look Stoneman.. I have a couple of issues I need
to resolve. As you know I am a wizard's familiar. You
know, carnivorous armadillos don't often often talk.
So familiars have a special relationship with their
wizard and all.. Mind-link and all.. Well my wizard,
Petrus, has been missing for sometime now. A couple
of years at least. That's why you found me with the
bazak underground. Well, I had to do something, didn't
I?"

"He was researching some sort of Teleport spell from a
distant city in far eastern Prax, beyond Vulture
County, called Lei Tabor. The writing was somewhat
intelligible, some dialect of Satarite. So my foolish
master casts this spell and *poof*, he's gone. Leaving
poor little me to fend for myself."

"So what say you, Stoneman? I know it's a little out
your way, but can you help me out? I need to find out
what's happened to my master. You know.. special
relationship and all.."

OOC: Whilst Erica's character had little to do
directly, she took the lead and initiated a new plot
vector. I encourage this (I have a small mountain of
plot vectors). If you're character appears to have
nothing to do, feel free to create something for them
to do do. As such Kalen gets +1 Hero Point.
