Well, I guess we can start with Find Peaceful Way @‭
13 and augmented by Clever, Winning Smile, Steady
Hand, Disciplined for +1 each, and certainly +2 for
Brave, and Nose for Trouble at +3, for a total of 2W.

The Telmori has Perception at 2W normally, but it's
dark and he's drunk, so that's a -10 modifier. He does
however get a Loyalty to the Den bonus of +3 (yes,
he's that loyal), so a total of 15 all up.

Roll of 6 for Aalmon (fail, with 1 bump to success),
and 9 for the Telmori. That's merely a marginal
victory. Do you want to spend a Hero Point or use the
Light?
