Aalmon busied himself ensuring that his clothes were not too 
mud-splattered for the occasion. He had never quite understood why some 
soldiers feared most of all dying with an unclean loincloth but he 
always found that looking like he had been dragged through a hedge - or 
in this case a swamp - made for a bad start to any important meeting and 
this meeting could be very important.

Muttering prayers to the stars to aid him in speaking with this strange 
barbarian entity he stepped to one side of the squire with the flag and 
waited.


OOC: we appear to have no real collective plan so what the heck - a bit 
of preparation and lets wing it!
