Goodness, everyone's getting into this :-)

OK, with that variety of support and the expenditure
of Icthya's hero point it counts as a major victory.
Not only will the River grudgingly agree she will also
make it easier for you by collecting in pools etc at
appropriate spots. 

Of course, Icthya still has to explain the engineering
side of things... Damming a river is no simple feat..
