Here are my HP spending according to the messages I have found on the Ignorance archives

11 + 2 in reserve = 13

2HP to make SwordSinger the Sword Trainer a full sidekick instead of a simple retainee
with the following skills
- Humakti magic 13
- Sword trainer 13
- From Dragon Pass 13

6HP (Azhur's magic isn't concentrated)
- Use Red Banner Scripture at 13

1HP After training along the ways with Beast and SwordSinger
- Sword and Shield +1

1HP From continous exercices on the red banner
- Decipher Red Banner’s changing inscriptions +1

Keep 3 HP in reserve.

has been up to since the last time. Seemed like a lot of soul-search so 
here we go...
