If we do decide to go after Theoblanc then forcing him out and away from 
his home ground would be a start. One of the few things that might do 
that would be having to arrange a suitable succession...

Who knows much about the Rokari church? If they have lots of restrictive 
vows then the approach to the Baby Eating Bishop of Bath and Wells from 
Blackadder[1] might be the best approach to knocking out his magical 
power so we can actually deal with him.
